Enrollment packages and applications can be found at our our Church Office at 1400 S. Lancaster St, Big Spring or you can download the forms using the button below.  Please bring the completed forms to the office.

Admissions Steps
1) Complete application and enrollment forms.

•      Pay the application fee
•      Fill out all enrollment forms, application & return them.

2) Meet with the Director.

•      The director will meet with parent(s) and  student(s).

3) Acceptance and Enrollment

•      Pay the registration fee.
•      Applications reviewed and accepted by Director & Board
