Allen Dunlap
Lead Pastor
Pastor Allen joined Naz Family Church in February of 2024. He has served in various ministry roles, including young adult pastor, youth pastor, and a Christian youth sports director since 2018, serving in Oklahoma City, Salisbury (MD), and now back in West Texas. Both he and his wife grew up in Amarillo, Texas, and eventually got married on December 16, 2018. They have one adorable baby daughter, Amelia, and one crazy black lab, Crosby.
Ever since his youth and when He sensed the Lord call him into ministry, Allen has had a passion for church ministry and its alignment with the gospel. He recognizes that we, the global church, have not always “gotten it right” regarding who we are supposed to be, and his desire is to lead in a way that guides the local church to truly being Christ’s hands and feet. Another passion of his is stewarding gifts and resources well, and he looks forward to continue working with Naz Family to help enable the church in ways that God has already gifted us.
Pastor Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Pastoral Ministry (Southern Nazarene University, 2018) and a Master of Divinity degree (Nazarene Theological Seminary, 2022).
