Allen Dunlap
Lead Pastor
Pastor Allen joined Naz Family Church in February of 2024. He has served in various ministry roles, including young adult pastor, youth pastor, and a Christian youth sports director since 2018, serving in Oklahoma City, Salisbury (MD), and now back in West Texas. Both he and his wife Macy grew up in Amarillo, Texas, and eventually got married on December 16, 2018. They have two little children, Amelia and Samuel, and one crazy black lab, Crosby.
Ever since his youth and when He sensed the Lord call him into ministry, Allen has had a passion for church ministry and its alignment with the gospel. He recognizes that we, the global church, have not always “gotten it right” regarding who we are supposed to be, and his desire is to lead in a way that guides the local church to truly being Christ’s hands and feet in loving service to our community.
Pastor Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Pastoral Ministry (Southern Nazarene University, 2018) and a Master of Divinity degree (Nazarene Theological Seminary, 2022).

Shannon is an Associate Broker at Home Realtors. She has been a part of the Home Team since 2009. She has always felt that her career in real estate was one of her first ministries. Shannon loves helping people find the home they want to make their memories in and she get to bring the Lord into the business world where He is not always welcome or simply forgotten.
Shannon's walk of faith started as a quiet stirring in her heart and has grown into a deep and passionate commitment to serving others. She strives to live her life in a way that reflects the love of Christ. Shannon recognizes that the church as a whole, while precious and dear to her, hasn't always reflected what it means to be a follower, that truth not only burdens her, it fuels her in a powerful way. It is her desire to help lead with grace, humility, kindness, compassion, empathy and deeply rooted purpose. She longs to see people being set free from bondage, she belongs to see healing, breakthrough, victory and peace for those suffering.
Shannon's heart is to see the church become a true extension of Christ's love -her heart is to not only be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community, but to leave a legacy of love, even unto the ends of the earth.
